Action Martha!
I can take absolutely no credit for these pics... Mum took these of Martha launching herself into water tonight. It was her first time using a dSLR and she did sterling work even prefocussing where Martha was going to jump! Although judging by the time between shots it looks like I might have to set her loose with my 40D with it's 6.5fps so we get the full jump in (although this is a little nearer the water than I generally like to get with it) A fully in air shot would have been great between these!
How is it that BasicGrey goes with everything? It's like your favourite pair of jeans... you just can't go wrong, the background for this page is BG Obscure and i've mixed it in with the ever lasting June SC kit!

Deer oh Deer
I make absolutely no apoloiges for using this song title more than once! It's just the perfect excuse to buy anything and everything with a Deer on it!! (yes... this is yet more June SC, plus some of my ever diminishing supply of Primas...)
Here'a Lola having a ball at hydrotherapy tonight, trying her hardest to tire Hilary out!

ps..... had a sneak peek at some gorgeous new collections of one of my favourite brands today... i could show you... but i'd have to kill you!

Nice Weather for Newfies?
Despite having an inbred attraction to water, Newfies aren't actually that excited about rain! Apart from a quick trip out to the garden first thing, both girls refused to step foot outside again until about 4.30pm! They decided it was much more important to catch up on sleeping! Here's Martha this evening after a quick gallop around the garden! Nice and wet.... the only thing wetter is me after Lola's evening exercise, she needs regular (sensible, on lead!) exercise to make sure her leg keeps getting stronger so there are no excuses.. rain or shine... we're there!

Even better is my July kit arrived today too! It's the earliest I've ever received it so it was quite a surprise! I'm a little guilty to admit that I took it along to my crop tonight to show off... a bit naughty really as lots of the girls are still waiting for theirs! I managed 4 pages using it, it's a totally fantastic kit as i found it so easy to work with! I'll share them later in the week!

My June SC Kit just keeps on going strong! Love this BG Cupcake patterned paper that I used as a background, I used up my collection pack long ago so it's great to get some more bits to play with out of the blue!

Arch Enemy!
There's a new challenge today over on 'A True Friend' and this one took some real effort! The page was easy, it was the subject of the photo that was a tricky proposition! Luckily this little fella really likes peanuts so it was just a matter of waiting for him to come and feast on nutty goodness and then a few quick snaps! I actually took this when I was poorly last week... at least my scary 'ill-person - dressing gown/slippers' combo didn't scare him off through the lounge window!

Bit more splashing around from Martha Moo tonight, including retrieving the biggest stick ever!!

Anyone got an ark?
After torrential rain ALL day today, the clouds parted as I left the office allowing us to get out and about... so where do me and Martha head? Straight to the nearest pond for her to have a paddle!!

Of course the essential Newfie paddle had to go via a little detour to Tesco of all places to pick up a pair of these gorgeous entities! I'm always yearning for a Cath Kidston bag, but i've never gotten to a store.. (i know I could easily buy online, but that's not the point!) so when I heard I could use a charitable donation as a thinly veiled excuse, I knew I had to grab these! They are just £3.50 each and 50p from each goes to Marie Curie! Do you need another excuse? Nope? Then get yourself down to Tesco!

I think my June Studio Calico kit is like a fold in space and time.. it seems to be never ending! I've done so many pages with it and have lots more to share this week. I am a bit of a 'mean' scrapper tho... those two bit's of the stripey October Afternoon paper are literally just two little slithers!

Ol' Square Eyes...
Martha *loves* the television... of course her favourite programmes feature dogs... (she loved the Wizard of Oz last weekend - Toto rules!) but she even loves adverts!

As you can tell she sits rather too close... i've told her if she'd not careful she'll be needing glasses... strangely she doesn't seem to care!!
